  1. Agent4Change says:

    hi all
this is agent4change we are ready to go lets start pls make your comments as short as possible

  2. Mike says:

I think number one is to avoid violence and unneccesary confrotationary at all costs.

Get into the polling station with eyes that are sharp and piercing

  3. Sue says:

ODM secretariat should deploy vigilant agents/volunteers for every polling station, who will ensure nothing fishy happens, no boxes brought in from other places. They should also have alternative sources of light in case of blackout during counting at night. Supporters should also stay at the station till voting is complete and avoid chaos that can cause confusion.

  4. Chepkwony(Kericho) says:

Yes Mike and after voting just hang around the polling station and ensure all is well. DO not go back to the house. Blow the whistle hard if you detect any untoward behavior and notify Agents4Change(please give us your contact)

  5. wiliams says:

Lets have our agents in all the polling stations. They should focus most on the polling clerk monitoring the register. Remember the polling clerks are normally locals and therefore know very well those who are dead, yet their names are still on the registor
(am talking about upcountry polling stations)

in 2002, i was a polling clerk in charge of the register and i made sure that even those whose names wer not on that register voted. its simple, just cross the name of the dead and let the alive vote

  6. Kanyeka says:

I think the idea of carring food is nobble this will enable voters to stay put until the votes are counted.

  7. Jamabinju says:

I want to volunteer as an agent in Kamukunji, what do I do? I will do it for free….

  8. madi sheeyumbe says:

not only should we have poliing agent s inside the voting hall but we should have secreats agents ion and around all polling station . in fact we should create a bioma in the ardius of one kilometre monitoring any evidence of disturbances. for disturbance of opeace is one of the most used tricks to rig theelections.
guys we arev very vigilant and we should have volunteers for all that purposes.
leo no leo asemaye kesho ni mrongo.

  9. Mudekhere Owiti Silas says:

as I mentioned a few days ago, PNU is keen on using polling clerks especially in western Kenya to rig. Recruitment is by the provincial administration…the meeting between the clerks (5 from each polling station) and V-P moody Awuori was at state-lodge KK when the president visited.

I hve been a presiding officer before and I can tel u rigging is possible by either clerks marking slighty on the ballot to render them spoiled on counting….

also, as Kivuitu said this morning, on strongholds, ballots can jst be marked for those who didn’t necessarily come to vote.

Polling Agents and observers MUST NOT sleep!!!

  10. Pablo says:

WE ALSO NEED TO BE VERY KEEN ON THE INCOMING AND OUTGOING VEHECULAR TRAFFIC. ATLEAST WE SHOULD LET OUR WOMEN AND THE WEAK TO VOTE FIRST THEN WE CAN DO IT LATER AND REMAIN VIGILANT IN THE POLLING STATIONS. EVERY MAN TO ARM HIMSELF WITH A WELL POWERED TORCH BECAUSE LIGHTS BLACKOUTS MIGHT COST US WE DONT WANT TO LEAVE ANYTHING TO CHANCE. I ALSO RECOMMEND AVOIDANCE OF CONFRONTATIONS AT ALL COSTS WE NEED TO SHOW THIS PEOPLE “PUNU” HOW THINGS ARE DONE NO VIOLENCE. I AM AWARE THAT THEY WILL TRY ALL MEANS TO CAUSE CONFUSION BUT LET US ALL BE ALERT AND DISCIPLINED

  11. madi sheeyumbe says:

kindly we should not rellay entirely on the electricity from the kenya power and lighting . we should have standby pressure lamps ready on on. we should not wait for the elecricity top go off.
we should be provoked into viloence.
Lawyer come out and be pollind agents as volunteeers, the stake are so high we cannot wait to be cheated.

  12. Linet says:

I don’t know whether this is rigging or voter support. I’m also not sure if its Moshene per se but in this days of elections one cannot be too careful. There is talk of some cheap liquor that will be sold at thro away prices or given for free in ODM strongholds that can knock out someone for 3 days? Given the young people like to party and since 25th is their day? They will be out and wake up only on 27th.
Whether true or false encourage the youth to keep away from this stuff and have their celebrations starting Dec 28th.

  13. wiliams says:

And i hop our electral commission is still in office. Kwach should have a parallel tallying agents equiped with mobile phones. after the votes are counted, they should text the tallying centres to find the totals and confirm with what Kivuito will be announcing.

  14. Phil says:

Madi I can independently inform you ODM has a stock of stand-by generators already in country imported specifically for this.

I suggest that the ODM recruits volunteers to provide logistics support to accredited agents at each polling stations. Of course the volunteers should be thoroughly brief of their mandate.

  15. Njuguna Kariuki says:

Any place that has NARC and ODM candidates please work together for the presidency and ensure no confrontation.

Since there are many candidates in all consituencies including in PANUA area ensure that the total parliamentary, civic and presidential votes are equal.

Get numbers for FM stations and report any suspicious happening in your area.

  16. Omuto says:

Jamabinju and the rest in the same category, EVERY ODMER WITH THE PARTY AND RAILA AT HEART WILL BE A SOCIAL POLICEMAN. The best place to be an agent or social policeman is in your own polling station. As much as payment is good, I believe in the spirit of doing something for the passion of it than the payment bit of it. I know others will be wachezaji wa kulipwa (no problem with that) but I and you, Jamabinju, tuchape kazi just for the fun of it, till we get to hear the results being anounced by the ECK. Lets come along with small radios for this.

  17. otieno says:

Watch out for the bribes too! Educate guys about the dangers of selling their votes. Thx Phil for the generator info – i still think a few people need to carry other lighting devices like pressure lamps….generators may fail to get to their destinations.

  18. Omuto says:

Omusaja Mudekhere mentioned something about STRONGHOLDS. Very true, and that’s where the mess will be. Its easier to rig in Central and other PNU strongholds than in the ODM strongholds just to allege that voter turn out was 90%. I suggest that the highest number of OBSERVERS be in these PNU strongholds because its only the government that has the machinery to rig.

  19. samokello says:

The combined force of what my fellow bloggers have said and will say is sufficient to avert poll rigging. So let me suggest that in the unlikely event that the poll is rigged and Kibaki declared the winner, the Hon. Odinga must not be quick to concede defeat. If it takes weeks, let the courts be tied up with provable acts of poll rigging that ODM citizen journalists will have recorded from the polling stations. From what I’ve seen, it’s impossible to see a scenario where Kibaki wins. So if it’s not the courts, its the Orange Revolutuion. No backing down this time!

  20. Njuguna Kariuki says:

my suggestion for those who come from PUNU strong holds is here

    https://raila2007.wordpress.com/2007/12/14/voter-turnout-mobilization/#comment-3014

  22. Mike says:

Most PNU supporters fear Raila as someone with undercover secret service. I think we are all part of RIS and Director is Yego any bit of information should be pieced together from now hence forth

  23. Njuguna Kariuki says:

You can join any of the disgruntled PUNU parties like Agano, Safina etc and cause hullaballoo if any PNUor Kanu candidate tries to steal. Cause as much agitation as possible if necessary including calling Kikuyu stations accussing the PNU candidate who is of course so popolar of trying to rig the parliamentary seat.

Believe thieves dont trust each other since as one tries to rig Kibaki in, he will be trying to rig the parliamentary seat as well.

Talk of wrecking the rigging pplot from within.

  24. Mudekhere Owiti Silas says:

ave seen something worrying on the other thread… a PUNU lady sympathizer says she’s sure RAO will win the presidential vote but Langata hatoboi!!!! She was registered two months ago an Langata Barracks. She estimates close to 4000 or 5000 pple were registered there, na sio barracks pekee yake!!! Can the Secteriat take up this matter and seriously? if I may ask, has ECK gazzetted all the polling centers? and are we covered?

Omuto, am in KK at the moment following up Moody Awuori’s directive to polling clerks…give me a call.

  25. Simon says:

    Hi
We should teach people our symbol so as not to confuse with that of odm-k. Plz this is very important.
otherwise wish you all the best and pray without stopping. yesterday i read psalms 35 and I encourage you to read it as it talk about us.

  26. Omuto says:

How SAFE are our agents in the PNU strongholds? I fear for them and for the fact that some of them might end up working in cohorts with our opponents to feed us on rigged results. Something should be done. Is it possible for about ten polling stations (in our opponents strongholds) to be randomly selected by the secretariat be manned by our own trusted people? I suggest guys in Nrb be given the mandate immediately after voting in their respective centres. They can be air lifted or driven to ten of the centres (opponents, especially in Central). Let them CLOSELY MONITOR events in those particular centres and RAISE AN ALARM immediately they smell foul play. This will be BREAKING NEWS and other fellows planning to rig will definitely shy away. Once opponents discover that they are under heavy surveillance, they’ll abandon their plans. An alarm from one station will make us reject all the results from the opponents stronghold.

  27. Njuguna Kariuki says:

    Omutu,
    I’m one from Punu stronghold.

We will operate undercover. Join a weaker party and say you stand for justice. That way you become a problematic insider rather than an ODM enemy outright.

Be as innocent as a dove but a cunny as a serpent-that is what we will be.

  28. faddie says:

can somebody tell me if voters are allowed to stay within the voting station after voting?i remember we were told to leave the station after voting the last time i voted.this time round i want to stay vigil until after the vote counts.are people allowed to stay around?

  29. Omuto says:

    Faddie,
It’s true. But the secretariat has to pass our message to Kivuitu and let him learn to listen to the people’s voice, let the 2002 thing repeats itself (not from me of course). Let him allow us to guard our treasure and future – our votes – untill he announces the results.

  30. jackie says:

Can someone educate me? is it allowed to jave polling stations within premices of the armed forces or police? I thought it was illegal? if so the langata barraks issue is worrisome.

  31. cratetuner says:

we should form an anti rigging youth squad the name should be able 2 scare away those pple who want to rig ama aje wase

  32. Shaqmaya says:

Send patriotic local and international journalist to PANUA strong holds polling stations equiped with their hi-tech cameras and video recorders and ask them to b vigilant before, during and after the elections.

  33. Sam ,from Rumbek South Sudan says:

To avoid rigging, have gents at all polling stations in the Country. The Agents should have some facilitation eg torches, lambs, generators etc.Rigging can also be done in advance therefore ODM should monitor every move of the PNU.Have informers every where but filter information given then act.

We have one asset from God,that is DOMO let us it use when we have information they plan to rig or are rigging.

Otherwise from here flights are fully booked we are jetting in to vote ODM.

I tell you,Africa is waiting for the outcome! ODM

  34. Omuto says:

    Silas,
I lost your number. Rumira inamba yao khu yahuuu khwange. (omutology)

  35. Omuto says:

    Cratetuner,
That’s right. We call ourselves RFS (Raila Foot Soldiers or Rig and Feel Stupid)

  36. Shaqmaya says:

If RO says he is confident to win Langata seat then I think ODMers should not worry. Iam not sure but it seems to me RO has seen the voter register list of Langata or ODM has undercover patriotic ECK officials monitoring any misdeeds. Remember it was RO who blowed the whitsle on Arthur brothers that even Muchuki and co were caught on the wrong foot and thus the contradicting statements from the government side. Till now they dont know who gave RO the information. Another fact is that he knows Kenyan tax payers are loosing 50 billion shillings every year, but what remains a puzzle to PNU guys is who feeds RO with the information though the treasurery is 100% under Mt. Kenya? RO is not a sleeping dog like KM of ODM-K. He is always well informed and alert like a scout.

  37. faddie says:

I hope Agent4change you are noting all these.i would suggest that we release some domo regarding some of the things mentioned here especially the langata barracks issue.
pliz am told you can easily be given a bad voters form by compromised clerks so that they eventually declare it spoilt.
pliz check your forms well b4 you check it.

  38. Majitu says:

I think a few agents shold have video cameras or cell phone cameras…this can greatly discourage rigging becasue people will know that should they be seen on tv breaking the law, they may be sacrificed to save the real culprits…CAMERAS ARE POWERFUL

  39. Shaqmaya says:

Another fact is Anyang Nyongo blew the whistle on hate leaflets even b4 they were distributed.PNU did not know who revealed the secret.

  40. Majitu says:

PNU strong holds need to be monitored like crazy…international and local observers should flock there

  41. Mike says:

First of all members of the forces are not allowed to vote if am not wrong, correct me
so voting in such premises is illegal

  42. Mike says:

We can also privately invest in cctv in those polling stations that are suspect, we will be playing dirty but this will mean that investigations will be very brief

  43. Shaqmaya says:

Majitu thats a very good idea!!! cell phone with cameras and voice recoders are being used overseas as evidence in the law courts, My mum is a polling agent in Gem Nyanza and I bought her one, I will inform her to use it in case she smells a rat.

  44. edduking says:

    Any one blogging from Nakuru?

  45. Mike says:

My worry is our brothers from eastern is there any, I know RAO really frustrated KM then, am glad faith and Kariz are telling the secretariat what they feel

  46. Alfred Osewe says:

My take on this is that lets pay our polling agents not only well but very well and in advance lets they are bribed and to those of us who will not be working please guard our polling stations to avoid any rigging after voting dont move but stay put . I will be casting my vote amongest the top 5 in my station asd i will be reporting on duty by 9am and to encourage othersto go out and vote for odm.

  47. Sam Ochola, Engineering Dept, University of Aberdeen, Scotland says:

BACK UP GENERATORS & HEAVY TORCHES. I was RO’s agent in Bomas 1997 counting hall, a mischevious returning officer delays or mix up presidential & parlaimentary counting.
OUR AGENTS MUST INSIST THE COUNTING ONE AT A TIME, PRESIDENTIAL, PARLIAMENTARY & CIVIC BALLOTS IN THAT RESPECTIVE ORDER. sio nusu nusu. A decisive count of one category, followed by Another.
In 1997′ area NDP councillor (A mr George Ouma) as soon as he was Declared the Winner, he deserted the polling to celebrate with his sycophants. Vigilance was withdrawn, yet the party’s parliamentary & Presidential votes were still on the balance, Undeclared.
let declared Councillors & MP’s stay put with their suppoters to watch the Presidential tally in case that is done Last. No ODM candidate should leave & celebrate his local victory when the big prize is still at stake.

  48. zizi says:

Vigilance. Make sure that we have standby lighting syst. or have an emergency light ambulance for every location….important during counting.

Watch out on North Easter Province where the extra polling stations may be created.

  49. Ngaruni says:

Zizi thank you, I recommend the rechargable lights coz ECK uses the pressure lamps and I witnessed an instance where someone switched it off. By good luck there were over 20 spotlights standing by.

  50. Alfred Osewe says:

Am bloging from malindi and the ground here is odm, i really like the i dea of carrying torch by pablo, assume like 300 guys carry their torch and these guys decide to switch off the lights and all those guys switch on their torches we will get them off guard, Nice idea.

  51. From Madrid, voting in Bondo.
Report to the polling station before anyone else preferably 4.15 or 4.30 a.m., make sure that the ballot boxes are openned when you are there, keep vigil at all times until the last ballot is counted and the results reflected as it really is by the Presiding officer. If you are not voting in the main center, escort the Presiding officer to the Returning officer and ensure that she or he provides the genuine results to the former. Lastly, ensure that the Returning Officer, announces what has actually resulted but not her or his own results. Remember the Captain said that most of these officers are PNU friendly, therefore vigilance is MANDATORY and there is no bargaining on this.

  52. dk88 says:

I am ODMing (blogging) fron Mamlaka – voter at Westlands
We need to mobilise ODM supporters to check out their voter status. Methinks, ODM should put up stations for this purpose. Better still, they can feed the info in a laptop and do a door to door campaign and verify the voter status. Its easy, just sub-dividing the constituencies into defined regions and assigning agents these regions. the agents work will be to counterchek the voters’ card info against the ECK voter list, identify the anormalies and take them to ECK constituency HQs for correction. This is a 2-3 days’ job. Go for it ODM.. someone mention this to the secretariat…It will save us surprises and a big loss. Indeed, the only way for Panua is to rigg …and we can stop them. Am voting in 3 piece, watado? ODM Milele..Chungwa Moja Maisha Bora

  53. Mike says:

The issue of payment is crucial like no other you read the pnu agents have not been paid to date i dont know about us

  54. Mudekhere Owiti Silas says:

    guys,

I have two personal camcoda video cameras and three digital (still) ones…how can I put them to good use on the polling day?

  55. Ngaruni says:

ODM secretariat should set up MOBILE PHONE numbers to be used by ODM Agents on the groundto pass infomation on a REAL TIME base.
VOICE and SMS MONITORING technology to implement such applications is available currently. We need to protect all our votes by every means available.

  56. Taabu says:

We must banish the adage that talk is cheap. We are blogging here to enrich our arsenal which we MUST put to optimal use come Dec 27. Dethroning an incumbent is not cheap and the embarassment makes the chap want to sup with the devil to stay afloat. Only citizen vigilance can avert that. Come what may Dec 27 we only leave the pollong station once all is done with. No excuses, tutakula Dec 28. Njaa ya siku moja cannot kill, or can it?

  57. Majitu says:

Mudekhere, distribute them to people going to different polling stations. My experience with video has proved that evidence will be captured and you only realize what what you caught when you watch the tapes over and over….you may just have caught a glimpse of someone in the voting queue three times! Anyone with video or still cameras use them!

  58. wycliffe says:

to all odm supporters and volunteers the word is monitor monitor make sur eno one messes around. bixes being snicked in, lights and so forth.. the odm logistics officer should make sur ebackups are around all the times……kenya power should not give the obvious answers that poer shortages and we are working hard to restore the power….ivest all your resources in guarding your pot of gold (votes) be vigilant and remember a lion never sleeps….keep on hunting..Mr. Raila. remember lakes are flat and oceans are hilly…..on 27th you will be sailing in the ocean that will be hilly…so if the winds in the oceans make a hurricane hold on and never let it go. till then

    wycliffe avutaga

  59. dennis k says:

    vigillance vigillance vigillance!

  60. nyargombe says:

ODM secretariat to recruit credible polling agents to each and every polling station with specific instructions to be extra vigilant on presidential ballot boxes and voting in the PNU strong holds.
This is where they can use the percieved idea that they have registered in droves to tilt the presidential ballot.

  61. sam says:

SAM blogging from Nakuru,Voting ODM three pieces in Nakuru town.

Engage men and women of intergrity as polling agents with cordinators at all levels. They must ensure old men and women are not cheated to vote wrongly.

No selling of foodstuffs at the polling station,ODM agents must carry their own packed food otherwise they may be drugged and sleep throughout.

The somebody may at the secretariat must collect information through SMS from polling agents after every 30 minutes or less.We cannot leave things to chance.

  62. sam says:

    Blogging from Nakuru.

Any rigging should be channeled to friendly Vernacular FM radio stations

  63. Michael Maiyo says:

Making sure that Ballots arrived on time untempered with, vigilance, educate voters on ODM sign especially before they get into the voting booth. Transparent ballots to make sure one vote per person, any bribery should be dealt with immediately, and most importantly violence should not prevail. Any person attempting to rig should be arrested and his/her vote disqualified.

  64. Kawere says:

One of the best ways to be vigilant is to ensure that polling stations that are in very remote areas are manned first. The cities will have many observers to take care of the situation so we need to make sure that these remote areas are covered. get people to vote early and use those that have voted to go to remote areas where they can make sure PNU does not rig. There are also some PNU strongholds where we have to make sure the presidential ballots are no mysteriously multiplied.

Come 27th – we should be ready to toss some champagne!!

  65. Kawere says:

Agent4change, please pass this to the Secretariat. We had a poor nominations exercise, we don’t want to hear that some constituencies were not given their due attention. There are thousands of volunteers and agents who are ready to be used. If anything, let this day be the day they are used so that we are vigilant to the T!! if they need to be recruited – now is the time and make it simple for them to know their responsibility.

For those ODM agents at the polling station, we should make sure we do not break the law. i am not sure whether we are allowed by law to take pictures or video the elction process as a voter or observer. I know that the EU observers are not allowed to take pictures so we need to find out what ECK requires. Our candidates may be disqualified if the party agents don’t comply with the law. This election is already in the bag – we don’t want to jeopadize it by small legal errors

  66. Stephen Were says:

We need to have a lead agent (from the secretariat) for each constituency, coordinating and overseeing the ‘maslahi’ for all agents in all polling stations. He should ensure the agents are well fed and catered for because the day will be very long, from voting to counting of the ballots.

To be vigilant you mustnt be yawning!!!!

  67. Stephen Were says:

I am told one of the presidential candidates (Nazlin?) has a hammer (nyundo) for her symbol. If this is true, the Pentagon/ Secretariat must use the remaining days to clarify to our supporters that this is NOT our symbol.

  68. PHILLIPO ONDAKO MAINA says:

when i saw the nyundo symbol iwas concerned, hii ni mpango so lets alert ODM followers.

  69. faddie says:

these candidates we are complaining about conned people of the nominations knowing very well that they were not serious about being elected becoz that is what they were sent by PNU to do.this would ensure that:
1.people don’t vote for raila in those constituencies
2.that ODM doesn’t get majority of the legislators
3.that WHEN raila wins,he won’t have enough numbers to help him in running the government.this way it would be easy to frustrate his efforts to govern and bring the much needed change.
i think this is basically sabotage.otherwise, can the secretariat investigate what is going on and let us know?

  70. jambaisi says:

My view is that ODM should have as many volunteer observers as possible in PNU strong holds since this is where 99.9% of rigging is going to take place, and especially in areas where ODM is not fielding candidates. There is an elaborate plot to have 100% voter turnout in central province, something that has never occurred elsewhere in the world. In ODM strong holds like western and Nyanza, lets have fewer observers; our emphasis should be in PNU strongholds. In our strongholds, voters will passionately play this role. I believe this can greatly help to avert rigging.

  71. jambaisi says:

Stephen Were, thanks for raising a red flag regarding Nazlin’s use of hammer (Nyundo) as her party symbol. Indeed, this is food for thought to all ODMers. Dont we think Nazlin has been paid to pick this symbol in order to confuse ODM supporters??Can we pls have our ODM secretariat substantiate this claims. If it turns out to be true, then i would concur with stephen that our supporters should be warned well in advance. So far i think ODM secretariat has done an excellent job in differentiating the ODM symbo from the ODM-K Symbol. This could have been another potential source of confusion. But wait, luckily ECK has introduced photographs of presidential candidates on the Ballot paper; so we shouldnt worry much. Our greatest worry at the moment should be voter turnout. The ODM secretariat should establish voter turnout mobilisation centers in every constituency countrywide. The PNU side is already doing this and we ODMers should’nt leave anything to chance. We must just win this elections!

  72. peter makori says:

There is a rumour doing the rounds that the govt is traning a team of PNU-friendly GSU and APs who will dress in civilians and cause chaos and mayhem in Kibera on the 26th. it will appear as if there are wrangles between residents supporting opposing parties. the govt will then move in swiftly and impose a curfew and then find the opportunity to sneak in stuffed ballot boxes. It sounds remote but we better be ware.

  73. Felix Aduol says:

I told you. Read above. We couldn’t be having these crap if RAO could have gone to Bondo. I don’t believe in Miracle that much but langata will be a place for blood bath on 27th. Sometimes it is good to swallow your pride and be called a coward than loose your entire life struggle for pride. But this issue should be taken seriously. I hope Agent4Change is taking note of these allegations. Otherwise come out in all your numbers and vote for Change.

  74. OPADO says:

Mr Opado your comment has been deleted by Admin due to numerous complaints from other bloggers kindly make your contributions as accomodative to all as possible ODM is a party for all,Raila is a president for all,we must respect all our brothers all over Kenya

  75. Auki Ollows says:

Felix, I disagree! If one doesn’t live for SOMETHING, (s)he’ll die for NOTHING! His staying in Langata is one of the reasons I admire the man. This is his character – fearless, courageous, bold. He wouldn’t be Raila Odinga if he weren’t these things. Raila will win both Langata and the presidency!

    MI ODM MUKULELDO!

  76. Auki Ollows says:

By the way, can the Agents do an audit of the people who vote, as crossed out on the poll register versus the actual number of votes? I suppose this shouldn’t be difficult to do considering the cross check will be per poll station…

    ODM! RAILA!

  77. Otsiatso says:

    Opado:
That is unnecessary my brother, keep it civil. I do not agree with Kibaks on just about anything but on one I do – even on Dec. 28th. we will all still be Kenyans.

  78. auki.ollows says:

Totally unneccesary Opado! We can’t replace one form of malice with another. All we want is the country to normalize, with everyone having a fair chance to actualize themselves, with a measure of respect and dignity. This is not suggested by your post.

  79. Isaac Oluoch says:

I think the best bet would be that those ODMERS that are not voting in Langata to vote wherever they are registered & then troop to Langata to beef up the ODM security. You never know what these goons are upto especially now that Mungiki Leader is not campaign & some thugs have been let loose from Naivasha. Prison.

  80. Sam Faulu says:

    Hi All,
Just one more anti-rigging. During this weekend, look out for buildings/offices/compounds now guarded by police/gsu not previously done before. This could the storage areas for the rigging materials.

  81. raphael says:

all agents 4 change and odm members, lets be watchful from now and particularly on that day. our agents who are in panu strongholds like central should be extra careful. it’s now clear that this gvt wants to rig and they might try to use force to accomplish this end. stand your ground and don’t allow yourself to be intimidated. i agree with our brothers who are suggesting thatwe arm ourselves with fm radio station numbers.

  82. Phil says:

    RED ALERT AGENT FOR CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE ADVISE WHAT ACTION TO TAKE IF ECK SMS NUMBER RETURNS RESULTS SHOWING THAT ONE’S VOTER POLLING STATION HAS BEEN CHANGED AT THIS LAST MINUTE. SAY FROM MADARAKA WHER ONE VOTED IN 2002 AND REFERENDUM, NOW SHOWING REGISTERED AT ST. MARY’S! THIS IS LANGATA CONSTITUENCY.

PLEASE POST A HOT LINE NUMBER FOR US TO MAKE ENQUIRIES AND/OR REPORT ANY UNUSUAL OCCURANCES.

  83. Omuto says:

    AGENT4CHANGE,

  84. Omuto says:

    AGENT4CHANGE,
Hope you’re not on holiday sir,
I have a strong feeling that we might have a national black-out tomorrow evening, for about one minute. This will be to enable the APs drop the marked ballot papers on the counting table as the ECK officials will be busy trying to light pressure lamps. My suggestion is, let the lamps be lit at exactly 6:00PM, with or without a blackout, so that when the stage-managed blackout comes on, nothing will be left to chance for any dirty game by the PNU “agents”.

  87. Juma Minya says:

    Lets ask ourselves.

How could people vote more than the registered?
How can results of accessible area delay for more than 24 hrs?
How can people elect MP and denney President.
    THE ANSWER IS CLEAR.
